How do i get paid after completing my load?

Send your complete invoice to PAYMENTS@OTRINTEGRITY.COM
Please make sure you are including all the required documents so that we can ensure you get paid as quickly as possible. Please see next FAQ for further reference.

What is a complete invoice?

Complete invoice consists of:
1) Invoice Sheet *
2) Signed Rate Confirmation
3) Signed P.O.D. (proof of delivery) **

* To make the processing time for payment as quick as possible please let us know on your invoice sheet what payment terms you prefer. If payment terms are not included on the invoice sheet it may cause a delay in payment. We never want to assume how and when a carrier wants to get paid so please be sure to let us know on your invoice.
** In cases where there are several pages or packaging lists, please make sure to send us all pages of the P.O.D. so that we can ensure payment is given to you in a timely manner.

What payment terms are offered?

  • Standard Quick Payment 3.5% *

  • Same Day Quick Payment 5% **

  • Standard Net30 Payment

* Standard quick payment is available via check upon request. Typically we will mail out our checks on Thursdays. If the load is completed on Monday and invoiced on Tuesday, we will have your check mailed out via USPS on Thursday.

** Same day quick payment via EFS is available upon request. This method would be the fastest for carriers to get paid. You should always contact your agent and they will help you get payment via EFS.

can i get a fuel card?

At this time we do not have a fuel card program available but we are working on getting that done. We do offer fuel advance via EFS code once a shipment is confirmed picked up. We will update this once we our fuel card program is ready for our carriers.

How can i contact my agent?

Agent contact information will always be listed on the Load Tender. Always use all forms of contact if needed. Agent should provide you with their office extension, the cell number and their email. If for any reason you cant reach your agent we have an emergency contact number (704) 292-0408. Please be patient and we will get back to all calls and messages ASAP.

How can i get a quote for a shipment?
